J2EE Developer

Responsibilities:

The J2EE Developer will help create and support web applications. As part of the development team, the J2EE Developer will be responsible for creating web applications using Java technologies. This position requires the ability to work effectively as a member of a team with tight deadlines, multiple projects, and evolving requirements. The position also requires the ability to design and code with respect to the required technical specification and limitations of the web.


Qualifications/Requirements:

• 3-5 years of Java development experience

• 2+ years of J2EE experience

• 2+ years object-oriented design and analysis experience

• Exposure to enterprise technologies such as WebLogic, WebSphere, Web Services

• Full software development lifecycle (SDLC) knowledge.

• Experience with RUP and UML is a plus

• Experience with use case modeling is a plus

• Experience with Struts, Spring, JDBC, ant, and log4j are a plus
