SQL SERVER DBA

Responsibilities:

Assist DBA team developing and supporting operational database systems.  Develop and test SQL Server database schemas and stored procedures  Recommend data access methods Measure and optimize database performance.  Develop tools that automate database pdates and maintenance.  Perform backup and recovery procedures. Provide daily support of internet and production databases.  Troubleshoot database problems.  Identify and resolve data related problems.   

Qualifications/Requirements:

Requires 4+ years of experience in relational database design, administration.  24/7 support experience. 

Desired skills:  data warehouse concepts/BIS/DSS.  UML and ER modeling.
