Flexible Spending Accounts

• Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account is $5,000 annual  maximum

• Eligibility:   Employees scheduled to work 32 or more hours per week are eligible to participate in the FSA on the first day of the month following 90 days of employment

REFERRAL BONUS

• Paid bonuses for consultant and new business

• Two weeks

• One day every two months for a total of six days per year
• Days to be used for personal time, sick time, or to augment client holidays 
• Personal Days will accrue on the first day of January, March, May, July, September, and November. 
• No carryover year to year nor payout upon leaving the company
