The Consultis Referral Program is designed to increase our pool of talented IT professionals by offering candidates and consultants a bonus for their recommendations of individuals—former colleagues, friends or family members—to Consultis for employment consideration. The program also provides a monetary incentive for sharing insights that result in new business for Consultis. Outlined below are the specific details for the program and should be used to guide you in your suggestions. Referral of an IT Professional or New Business
- Consultis will provide a minimum $300 bonus up to a maximum $1300 bonus for a candidate or consultant that is placed on an assignment and completes a minimum 120 hours. Consultis will provide a minimum $300 bonus up to a maximum $1300 bonus for a candidate or consultant that provides information, which results in a new job order for Consultis. The assignment must have a minimum of 120 hours to qualify.
- All applicants are eligible for the referral program, even if they have never been placed on assignment by Consultis. If an individual's assignment ends, they continue to be eligible for the program, except in the instances of non-voluntary termination of employment with Consultis.
- Referred individuals cannot have worked for Consultis in the last six months.
- Consultis internal personnel including recruiters, sales associates and administrative staff are not eligible for this referral program.
